About Me

My photo
SHH
From the very beginning I have been active in a border terrain of art and design. Experimental design, construction and material experiments are a means of expression, and sometimes they complete the communications of the artwork. Ignores the size, the space or even the function, light has been the starting point for my art and design. I like to think light as a material and the idea of a tangible light is endlessly fachinating. The atmosphere and shapes of my artworks are studies of the light in different structures, materials and forms, but also in photographs. Immateriality of the light captivates. Immateriality is also linked to my environmental and ethical goals as a designer, artist, and in my educational work. One of my favourite set of teaching experimental design is related to patterning surfaces, graphics and minimization of material waste; how to convert from 2-dimensional to 3- dimensional. In my art i have implemented the idea of composability and foldable, with the suitcase packed mobile-sculpture for example. One of my aims is to apply the design criteria to artistic works or vice versa. To provide maybe more playful point of view to the subject matter.
